The ACLU-NWCT Chapter holds its first board meeting of 2011 on Tuesday, February 22, at 7:15 PM, in the Tack Room of the Litchfield Inn, on Bantam Rd (Route 202) on Litchfield, CT. The public is invited to atttend.
